AC Serendip Group, Walchwil (Switzerland) has sold all assets of its core business area Low Pressure Nanogenizer (LPN) to NETZSCH Feinmahltechnik GmbH, Selb (Germany), member of the NETZSCH-Group. NETZSCH takes over all LPN business operations in Switzerland, Germany and China and will further pursue the international marketing and the development of the underlying technology.
AC Serendip developes and markets advanced technologies for the production of dispersions – homogenizers and mixers in particular – with unique technical performance. This includes devices for the dispersion of emulsions and suspensions down to nanometer range. The main product category is Low Pressure Nanogenizer (LPN).
