Network Corporate Finance was established in late 2002 by senior investment bankers and private equity managers. The founders and today's managing partners Joachim Dübner, Christian Niederle, Frank Schönert und Dietmar Thiele contribute their extensive experience and personal network from positions at Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort, HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt, IKB, Robert Fleming and WestLB.

We strive for providing medium-sized and -structured enterprises as well as larger corporations or holding structures with comprehensive and professional corporate finance advise. Thus we are positioning ourselves in a segment which is not served satisfactorily by investment and commercial banks which focus on global key accounts and large-scale projects.

In early 2003 we closed our first transaction, the acquisition of Borsig GmbH by financial investor capiton AG in a management buy-out. Since then, we have successfully implemented more than 60 transactions spanning the entire scope of our service portfolio.

In 2006 we opened our Berlin office and set new emphasis on advisory services for medium-sized businesses in Berlin and Eastern Germany.
