NDO Services B.V. is a fund acquisition business managed by Waterland Private Equity Investments B.V. The acquisition of Stinnes-data-Service GmbH is part of an acquisition strategy of Waterland Private Equity Investments B.V. with the aim of building a national company group for IT services in Germany.
