The Company UKM is a long standing experienced automotive supplier, with production facilities in Hirschfeld-Neukirchen, Meissen / Saxony and Vieux Charmont, France.
Zurzeit beschäftigt das Unternehmen ca. 300 Mitarbeiter. Schwerpunkt der Produktion bildet die Bearbeitung hochpräziser Bauteile für den Automobilbereich in großen und mittleren Serien. Die Kernkompetenzen liegen u.a. in der Fertigung von Bauteilen für Dieselhochdruckeinspritzungen, Ventilantrieben für LKW-Motoren, Komponenten für Anlasser, Injektorteilen und in der Kaltmassiv-umformung.  
Currently, the company has about 300 employees. In particular UKM produces high-precision parts and components for automotive engines in big and medium sized series. The core competencies are, among others, the production of components for diesel high pressure injection systems, valve gears for truck engines, starter components, injector parts, and cold forming.

Wesentliche Gesellschafter der KOKI TECHNIK Holding sind die von den Beteiligungsgesellschaften capiton AG und L-EA Private Equity GmbH verwalteten Fonds.
 
Network Corporate Finance advised successfully KOKI TECHNIK Holding GmbH on the sale of its subsidiary KOKI TECHNIK Seating Systems GmbH to the financial investor ENDURANCE CAPITAL AG. Significant shareholders of KOKI TECHNIK Holding are the funds under management of capiton AG and L-EA Private Equity GmbH.

Transaktion Die KOKI TECHNIK Holding GmbH, Konstanz, haben sämtliche Geschäftsanteile an der KOKI TECHNIK Seating Systems GmbH, Kriftel, an die ENDURANCE CAPITAL AG, München, unter wesentlicher Beteiligung des Managementteams veräußert. Als unternehmergeführte Mittelstandsbeteiligungsgesellschaft wird ENDURANCE CAPITAL und das Managementteam die von dem bisherigen Gesellschafter erfolgreich vorgenommene Positionierung als Entwicklungspartner der Automobilindustrie im Bereich Sitzmechaniken fortsetzen.

  

Transaction The shareholders of KOKI TECHNIK Holding GmbH, Konstanz, have sold their entire shareholding in KOKI TECHNIK Seating Systems GmbH, Kriftel, to ENDURANCE CAPITAL AG, Munich, with significant participation of the management team. As an entrepreneurial midcap investment company and together with the management team ENDURANCE CAPITAL will further pursue the successful re-positioning of KOKI Seating as development partner of the global automotive industry for mechanical seating systems.
