Company succession

Company succession is one of the largest challenges particularly for medium-sized enterprises. Based on our experience from a large number of completed transactions we prepare the company for succession and implement the process with highest confidentiality. Company successions often seamlessly merge into other transaction structures, e.g. a trade sale of the company or a management buy-out (MBO) / buy-in (MBI). In any case the guiding principle throughout the process is to secure continued operations and sustained performance of the company.

In Management Buy-Out (MBO) / Buy-In (MBI) transactions, we support you in planning and structuring of the transaction, identification and approach of potential management candidates and financing partners, and lead the negotiations.
