Network Corporate Finance exclusively advised the management in connection wih the transaction.<\/p>\n<div class=\"reference-data\">\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PA Power Automation AG (\u201cPA\u201c), Pleidelsheim, has entered into a strategic alliance with Techmation Co. Ltd. (\u201cTECHMATION\u201c), Taipei\/Taiwan, a leading controller manufacturer for injection molding machines. The partnership includes a significant equity participation in PA. With an equity share of 20%, TECHMATION becomes the largest single shareholder. The transaction represents an important milestone in PA\u2019s internationalization strategy towards Asia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1993, PA is a leading German high\u2010tech company specializing in PC\u2010based CNC automation technology. With its proprietary CNC software solutions PA is at the forefront of Industry 4.0 control technology. Systems are primarily used in high-end machine tools, e.g. in laser cutting or 3D printing. In 2015, PA generated sales of 8.8m EUR with 36 employees.
