Network Corporate Finance exclusively advised the Danuvius shareholder in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n<div class=\"reference-data\">\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The shareholders of the Danuvius Klinik GmbH, Ingolstadt sold shares as part of a strategic investment to the Celenus-Kliniken GmbH, Offenburg, a subsidiary of the French Orpea Group, a listed European market leader in care for the elderly, post-treatment centers, rehabilitation centers and psychiatric care.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2002, Danuvius operates with more than 300 employees several specialist clinics for mental health and dementia nursing facilities in Upper Bavaria. According to the Focus-Ranking, the mental health facilities are nationwide among the Top-Hospitals in the treatment of depression and anxiety and have a capacity of 165 care places.
