Network Corporate Finance exclusively advised mtm-group and its shareholders in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n<div class=\"reference-data\">\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The shareholder of mtm plastics GmbH and mtm compact GmbH, Niedergebra, have sold 100% of their shares to Borealis AG with headquarters in Vienna. For mtm-group the transaction represents a decisive milestone in its development and internationalisation strategy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Established in 1994, mtm plastics GmbH is regarded as a technology leader in Europe regarding the recycling of mixed plastics and as one of the highest-volume manufacturers of Re-polyolefins globally. The product portfolio includes the branded products Dipolen\u00ae and Purpolen\u00ae, which are used both in extrusion and injection molding.
