Network Corporate Finance exclusively advised the shareholders and the Company in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n<div class=\"reference-data\">\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fritz Ruck Ophthalmologische Systeme GmbH (\u201cRUCK\u201d) has entered into a strategic alliance with Medical Instrument Development Laboratories Ltd. (\u201cMIDLABS\u201c), a leading American developer and manufacturer of ophthalmic equipment. The partnership includes a significant equity participation in RUCK. The transaction represents an important milestone for RUCK\u2019s internationalization and strengthening of the product offering.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Founded in 1981 RUCK ranks among the leading European full-service providers of ophthalmic surgery solutions. RUCK manufactures proprietary high-end surgery systems for phacovitrectomy and is the only independent supplier of ophthalmic products with own development, service and a broad wholesale offering in Europe.
