Network Corporate Finance exclusively advised the shareholders of Gersthofer Backbetriebe in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n<div class=\"reference-data\">\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The founding families of Gersthofer Backbetriebe have sold all corporate shares to the Serafin Group as part of their succession planning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gersthofer Backbetriebe is one of leading industrial bakeries in Southern Germany. Gersthofer generates a current turnover of approx. EUR 35 mn. and has established itself as a regional supplier of fresh bakery and pre-baked bakery products for the food retailing since 1970. Furthermore Gersthofer distributes its products through its own regional branch network in the greater Augsburg area.
