Network Corporate Finance has exclusively advised the company and the former owners in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Chinese state-owned conglomerate AVIC acquires, through its subsidiary AVIC Electromechanical Systems Co., Ltd. (\"AVICEM\"), the shares of the German KOKI Technik Transmission Systems GmbH (KOKI Transmission). For KOKI Transmission, this transaction creates a stable basis for the successful realisation of the strategic goal to become the global market leader for interior switching systems. For AVICEM the acquisition of KOKI Transmission is a further milestone toward the completion of its system solutions for the automotive industry.<\/p>\n<p>Network Corporate Finance has exclusively advised the company and the former owners within this transaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a leading manufacturer of interior switching systems, KOKI Transmission is an important development partner and system supplier for the global automotive industry. The Niederw\u00fcrschnitz, Saxony, based company employs approx. 750 people in its five sites in Germany, China and India and has generated total revenues of about EU 115 million in FY 2012\/13.<\/p>\n<p>AVICEM is an industrial conglomerate headquartered in Beijing, China. The business of AVICEM is comprised of electromechanical services for the aviation industry, special machine engineering &amp; key systems for vehicles, cooling technology as well as medical and electrical devices.
