PUK-WERKE KG has acquired a majority share in the Indian PROFAB Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and has successfully completed the next step in its ongoing internationalisation. Through the joint venture PUK secures direct access to the growing Indian market for cable support systems and equipment.<\/p>\n

In the course of this international transaction Network Corporate Finance was able to successfully use its long-term cooperation with the Indian MAPE Advisory Grou<\/p>\n

Berlin based PUK-WERKE KG is a leading manufacturer of cable support systems in Germany and Europe with subsidiaries in Poland, Russia and Turkey. With more than 1,100 employees the group of companies generates a turnover of approx. 230 million euro.<\/p>\n

Mumbai based PROFAB is a well-known and successful manufacturer of cable support and underfloor systems. As a medium-sized family-owned business PROFAB has approx. 100 employees and produces at sites in Mumbai and Ambernath.<\/p>\n
