Network Corporate Finance exclusively advised the shareholders of Contros Systems and Solutions GmbH in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n<div class=\"reference-data\">\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Norwegian technology group Kongsberg Maritime AS, Kongsberg, has acquired a minority stake in Contros Systems and Solutions GmbH, Kiel, by way of a capital increase and, in addition, signed an exclusive global cooperation agreement with Contros.
