Network Corporate Finance exclusively advised the shareholders of Embient GmbH in connection with the transaction.<\/p>\n<div class=\"reference-data\">\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Norwegian technology group Kongsberg Maritime AS, Kongsberg, has acquired 100% of Embient GmbH, Hamburg. Embient will be integrated into the Subsea Division of Kongsberg Maritime and will become a subsidiary of the German operations of Kongsberg Maritime GmbH, Hamburg. The acquisition complements Kongsberg Maritime\u2019s portfolio of services and solutions to the underwater inspection and monitoring market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Unternehmen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2010 Embient GmbH specializes in the development of integrated subsea-technology solutions for the marine, science and engineering sectors.
