Network Corporate Finance exclusively advised the Karl Gommann family on the sale of its shareholding to the Hans Gommann family.<\/p>\n<div class=\"reference-data\">\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The more than 150 years old, Remscheid based Carl Gommann group, comprising H\u00e4rterei Carl Gommann GmbH, Carl Gommann KG and Carl Gommann GbR has set the compass for a successful future as a family business in the field of hardening plants. The group of companies, which has been run by the two families Karl and Hans Gommann for decades, has reorganized its shareholder structure. The Hans Gommann family has taken over the shareholding of the Karl Gommann family and entrepreneurial control as of 22nd July 2013.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4rterei Carl Gommann is tempering high quality steel and cast iron components. The hardening plant is specialized on the nitriding inter alia of components with large dimensions.
