Network Corporate Finance advised successfully the shareholders of G.A.S. (Gesellschaft f\u00fcr analytische Sensorsysteme) GmbH on the sale to IMSPEX DIAGNOSTICS LTD. Major shareholders of G.A.S. GmbH were the funds advised by Korys and S-Venture.<\/p>\n

The shareholders of G.A.S. GmbH, Dortmund, have sold their entire shareholding to IMSPEX DIAGNOSTICS LTD, Abercynon (UK). Together with the management team IMSPEX will further extend the successful positioning of G.A.S. technology platform in several civilian fields particularly medical research and analytics.<\/p>\n

G.A.S. was founded in July 1997 as a spin-off of the Institute of Analytical Science, Dortmund. G.A.S. develops and manufactures highly innovative gas analyser solutions for trace detection based on an Ion Mobility Spectrometer.<\/p>\n
