KG on the sale of 100% of the shareholding, including all of their national and international subsidiaries, to Jagenberg AG.<\/p>\n<div class=\"reference-data\">\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The shareholders of Eduard K\u00fcsters Maschinenfabrik GmbH &amp; Co. KG, Krefeld, have sold 100% of the shareholding, including all of their national and international subsidiaries, to the listed company Jagenberg AG, Krefeld.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Target Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an international company, K\u00fcsters develops, manufactures and sells machines and installations for the manufacture and finishing of textiles, non-woven fabrics and paper. With six sites in Germany, USA, India and China and 1028 employees, projected sales for the company group for 2005 were over 150 million EUR. The parent company, Eduard K\u00fcsters Maschinenfabrik GmbH &amp; Co.
