Network Corporate Finance exclusively advised the owners and the company on the transaction.<\/p>\n<div class=\"reference-data\">\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With the acquisition of Landb\u00e4ckerei Sommer, AUCTUS plans to accompany the further growth of the bakery chain. The strategy focuses on organic growth as well as regional acquisitions. Barbara Zey\u00df remains with Landb\u00e4ckerei Sommer as CEO and further expanded her shareholding in the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Landb\u00e4ckerei Sommer was founded in Eslohe-Bremke in 1927 and turned to be the regional quality leader in the Sauerland region. The company operates freestanding locations as well as at check-out counters of highly frequented super- and hypermarkets. After the takeover by Silver Investment Partners and the appointment of Mrs. Barbara Zey\u00df as CEO, a strategic reorganization of the outlet portfolio and the introduction of management and controlling systems took place. These measures improved processes and production planning and lead to a significant increase in the company's profitability.
