BeLive is a leading nutritional supplement supplier on Amazon USA. In the light of the transaction, the group\u00b4s existing financing structure got reorganized, extended with a new debt provider and complemented with an additional working capital line to finance further growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BioneXX is a leading holding company for organic and natural nutritional supplements. Through its existing subsidiaries (GSE, feelgoodshop, Fitne and nat4life) the group covers various product types, geographies and sales channels (online &amp; retail). BeLive is a supplier of nutritional supplements in gummy formats with focus on the sales channel Amazon and provides BioneXX access to the US market.
