This concept was structured by an acquisition financing, a sale-and-lease-back transaction of the new production site as well as an off-balance leasing for new plant and machinery. The three financing layers provide LUTZ a flexible and cost effective funding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>LUTZ-Group is Europe\u00b4s largest manufacturer of technical razor-blades which are used in industrial, medical and DIY applications.
