NETWORK acted as debt advisor and structured and raised the acquisition financing, working capital facility and guarantee facilities with a total volume of more than EUR 100m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>VINCORION Group specializes in the development, production and maintenance of mechatronic products and solutions for the security and defense, aerospace, rail, and transport industries, among others. The company benefits from a strong market position and long-term customer relationships with blue chip clients. The company has production and servicing sites in Germany and the US, generates c.
