Network Corporate Finance exclusively advised the company in connection with this transaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With the completed funding round UniCaps wins strong investors. The additional financial capacity will be used by the company to expand its production site in Frankfurt (Oder) and to strengthen the sales and marketing division. In addition to the investment into a second production line, the internal value chain and R&amp;D competences will be extended. The product portfolio shall be gradually expanded and the product coverage further enlarged by marketing campaigns and focus on additional international markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>UniCaps develops biodegradable organic tea and organic coffee capsules for Nespresso and Nescafe Dolce Gusto systems.
