The founding shareholders of WEFIS GmbH, Cologne, have sold their majority shares to minority shareholder DORC International, Zuidland. NETWORK exclusively advised the previous majority shareholders on the transaction.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DORC International increases its stake in WEFIS GmbH to 100%.
