The shareholders of<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/chicco-di-caffe.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">chicco di caff\u00e8,<\/a><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>with 142 locations the market leader for coffee bars within companies, clinics and universities in Germany, have sold their shares to<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facility.wisag.de\/facility\/leistungen\/catering.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WISAG Catering Holding<\/a><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncf.de\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Network Corporate Finance<\/a><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>exclusively advised the shareholders of chicco di caff\u00e8 on the transaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>WISAG Catering Holding has acquired all shares in chicco di caff\u00e8, based in Munich. The previous majority owner of chicco di caff\u00e8 was the financial sponsor<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.paragon.de\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paragon Partners,<\/a>. Within WISAG Catering Holding, chicco di caff\u00e8 will form an independent brand. The managing directors Ralf Meyer and Manuel M\u00fcller will continue to manage the company. As a result, chicco di caff\u00e8 becomes the fourth corporate pillar of WISAG Catering - alongside company catering, healthcare catering and event catering. In the modern working world with diverse and hybrid work concepts the acquisition represents a decisive development step in the segment of all-day snacking and is an important addition to company restaurants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Companies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With 142 locations and around 300 employees, chicco di caff\u00e8 is the market leader for coffee bars within companies, clinics and universities in Germany. With the claim to offer the best coffee from the best baristas, chicco serves a daily returning customer base. In addition to the core product group coffee, chicco di caff\u00e8 offers an extended, all-day food range.
