Network Corporate Finance exclusively advised the shareholders and management of Natsana Group on the structuring and negotiation of the growth financing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The debt financing with a total volume of EUR 50 million will primarily be used for product expansion and internationalization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Companies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Natsana Group comprises the most successful brands of premium nutritional supplements on Amazon in Germany.
