(\u201cGilde Healthcare\u201d) in structuring and negotiating the acquisition financing and working capital financing with local Swiss banks for the acquisition of the majority stake in SDS Swiss Dental Solutions AG (\u201cSDS\u201d or \u201cSDS Group\u201d).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a first step, Gilde Healthcare acquired the majority in SDS Group in December last year. As part of the final closing, the remaining shares of the group have now been acquired. At the same time, acquisition- and working-capital-financing was successfully arranged with a leading Swiss Bank.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Companies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SDS is a global market leader for dental ceramic implants made from the high-performance material zirconium dioxide. The product and service portfolio consists of the manufacturing of implants, surgical tools and devices as well as nutritional supplements. SDS trains dentists and dental technicians in the field of ceramic implants and biological dentistry through its own training center.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As an integral part of the SDS Group, the Swiss Biohealth Clinic in Kreuzlingen provides patients with biological dentistry and implantology.
