The business combination of ONSKINERY with the emdequity companies Wilox Strumpfwaren, Esda Strumpfwerke and 8. Mart creates the United Brands Group. Network exclusively advised the shareholders of ONSKINERY on the transaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Transaction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TRANSACTION\nAfinum sells ONSKINERY, a body and legwear expert specialising in licensed brands and its own camano brand, to emdequity.  Together with the existing emdquity subsidiaries Wilox Strumpfwaren, Esda Strumpfwerke (private label specialists) and the Serbian company 8th Mart (production of fine hosiery), a new major player in the hosiery sector will be created under the name United Brands Group. The management of ONSKINERY has re-invested as part of the transaction. The Group will be managed by Andreas Jauslin as CEO and Christoph Holinski in the role of COO - in each case in personal union with the continued management of ONSKINERY.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Companies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ONSKINERY is one of the leading suppliers and recognised licensing partner for body and legwear in the DACH region. The products are sold at around 25,000 POS via all relevant online and offline channels such as online B2B and D2C mail order, fashion retail, shoe retail, sports retail, department stores and food retail.
