The acquisition- and working-capital-financing has been provided by OLB and Kreissparkasse Biberach. The investors and management are now focusing on expanding the leading market position in Europe. New regional growth markets are already targeted. The AI and ESG megatrends will serve as value drivers and as tailwind for the business model.
