NETWORK <\/a>acted as sole debt advisor to ebutec Group GmbH<\/a> (\"ebutec\u201c), a portfolio company of funds advised by Ufenau Capital Partners <\/a>, on the structuring and negotiation of its first financing package. ebutec is a leading one-stop-shop service provider for integrated building energy efficiency solutions in Germany.<\/p>\n

The Bank of Ireland, ODDO BHF and CIC provided the tailor-made financing consisting of a senior term loan, a revolving credit facility and an acquisition facility to support the further buy & build activity of the group. The new financing is an important milestone enabling ebutec to expand its leading market position in the field of energy-efficient building refurbishment.<\/p>\n
