NETWORK Corporate Finance <\/a>has once again been honoured by WirtschaftsWoche with the prestigious \u201cBest of Consulting Award\u201d in the finance <\/em>category. This is the sixth time that NETWORK has received this award for outstanding consulting services in M&A and corporate finance transactions. This year, the jury recognised the advice provided to the shareholders of infodas GmbH<\/a> in connection with the sale to Airbus Defense and Space.<\/p>\n

infodas GmbH is a leading provider of cyber security solutions for critical infrastructures and the defence industry. With its high-security products for cross-domain solutions, the company is one of the technological pioneers in the field of IT security for defence, government and industrial customers.<\/p>\n

With the entry of Airbus Defence and Space, infodas is strengthening its international position and gaining access to a global network as well as expanded development and scaling opportunities. The transaction also marks another important step in the consolidation of the European defence industry.<\/p>\n
