NETWORK acted as sole debt advisor to DYMATRIX GmbH ("DYMATRIX“), a portfolio company of funds advised by Paragon Partners, on the structuring and negotiation of a customized financing package to refinance the company after it was successfully acquired in January 2025. DYMATRIX is a leading provider of data-driven and AI-supported solutions for customer experience management with extensive expertise in omnichannel marketing.

Transaction

Ares and Berenberg provided tailor-made financing consisting of a Unitranche loan in combination with a Super Senior Term Loan, a revolving credit facility, and an acquisition facility to support the group's further growth plans. The new financing is an important milestone in enabling DYMATRIX to further expand its predominant market position.
