NETWORK acted as exclusive debt advisor to VR Equitypartner GmbH ("VR Equitypartner“) on the structuring and negotiation of the acquisition and working capital financing for the acquisition of a majority stake in TSS Holding GmbH ("TOP-SPORT"), a leading full-service provider for sports hall interior design.

The new financing package will enable VR Equitypartner, together with its co-investor NRW.Bank and the management team, to drive forward the further development of TOP-SPORT into a European leader in the field of sports hall interior fit outs.
