Transaction
As part of the transaction, DPG's existing financing was restructured in connection with an add-on acquisition and a dividend recapitalization. The new financing structure provides a solid foundation for the continued execution of the Group's buy-and-build strategy and supports its organic and inorganic growth. Through the add-on acquisition, DPG further strengthens its capabilities in the field of electrical workplace safety and consolidates its market position.
