Enter Air is a listed Polish charter airline based in Warsaw with a fleet of 23 aircraft. Together with Excalibur, a Warsaw-based corporate finance company, and InAvia, an aviation consultancy firm based in Germany, NETWORK advised Enter Air's management on the acquisition of 49.9% of the Swiss subsidiary of Germania.

Transaction

Enter Air acquires 49.9% of the Swiss subsidiary the insolvent Germania Flug AG from the Swiss Albex Aviation, which has a direct stake in Air-Prishtina, with an option to increase its stake to 80%. Enter Air was founded in 2009 and today is the fifth largest charter airline in Europe in terms of fleet size. With this investment, the company opens up new and lucrative destinations and takes over the operation of other services for Germania Switzerland.
