The founding management team and S-UBG AG, as shareholders of KSA Kugelstrahlzentrum Aachen GmbH (“KSA”), a leading provider of automated shot peening for the shaping of metal components for the aerospace industry, have sold a significant minority stake to Advanced Clean Technologies Holding GmbH (“ACT”), Heinsberg.
NETWORK exclusively advised the shareholders of KSA on the transaction.
Transaction
As part of KSA’s long-term succession plan, the founding shareholders have brought ACT on board as a minority shareholder, which will continue the company’s positive growth trajectory and ensure management succession through an MBI structure. ACT plans to further expand KSA’s service portfolio for the aerospace industry and to enter adjacent sectors.
