Network has been awarded the “Best of Consulting Mittelstand 2023” prize by WirtschaftsWoche! The prize is awarded by a high-calibre jury based on a detailed project description and client survey.

We received the award for our holistic corporate finance mandate in which we advised the shareholders and management of LivEye GmbH on the sale of its majority shares (#MandA) and on the subsequent refinancing incl. growth financing (#debtadvisory). LivEye is a leading provider for the surveillance of temporary risk zones with mobile video surveillance systems.
