NETWORK advises WEFIS GmbH on full takeover by DORC International. The founding shareholders of WEFIS GmbH, Cologne, have sold their majority shares to minority shareholder DORC International, Zuidland. NETWORK exclusively advised the previous majority shareholders on the transaction.

DORC International increases its stake in WEFIS GmbH to 100%. NETWORK already advised the shareholders on the sale of a minority stake to DORC International in 2021 initiating a two-step succession solution.

WEFIS has been developing and manufacturing innovative ophthalmological products such as phaco handpieces for cataract surgery at its sites in Cologne and Westerburg for more than 20 years.
