Transaction

The shareholders of Roggentin, Germany based SIV.AG have sold 100% of their shares to Ottawa, Canada based Harris Computer Systems, a part of the Constellation Software Incorporated group of companies. For SIV the transaction represents an important milestone in its 25-year history and secures the further international growth path of the company.
