NETWORK acted as debt advisor to Bionexx goup in structuring the acquisition financing for the US nutritional supplement supplier BeLive.

Transaction

BioneXX group, a portfolio company of Finexx Unternehmensbeteiligungen, has acquired BeLive in an asset deal transaction. BeLive is a leading nutritional supplement supplier on Amazon USA. In the light of the transaction, the group´s existing financing structure got reorganized, extended with a new debt provider and complemented with an additional working capital line to finance further growth.
