As part of the reorganisation of the shareholder structure in preparation for a long-term succession solution within the family, external financing was raised. The transaction will also secure DUREL's growth and support its strategic development for the coming years.

The products are used worldwide in rail cars and in the engineering industry. The KARL GEORG GRUPPE is a manufacturer and supplier of crane components and employs around 150 people.
