The shareholders of KOKI TECHNIK Holding GmbH, Konstanz, have sold their entire shareholding in KOKI TECHNIK Seating Systems GmbH, Kriftel, to ENDURANCE CAPITAL AG, Munich, with significant participation of the management team. As an entrepreneurial midcap investment company and together with the management team ENDURANCE CAPITAL will further pursue the successful re-positioning of KOKI Seating as development partner of the global automotive industry for mechanical seating systems.
